Those who can lead to feelings of being overworked which can have an effect on job performance. A person may stay behind around work even when he is not working. People who do this usually do not have a lot of social contacts outside of office. Although this may be pleasant for the person, his colleagues may be unfocused and even irritated, which does not add to a good working environment.
